For all of you that has dark circles! These are just some of the main factors in getting dark circles.

One reason that people dont really know from getting Dark circle is Nasal congestion.
So those who suffer from sinuses such as myself are more prone to get dark circles.
What happens when our nose is block is that the veins which drains from your eye into your nose swells up, causing the develop dark circles,So you would find that in Winter, we're all more likely to develop dark circles thanks to catching flu.
Allergies is also a main cause of dark circles, You would notice that people that gets Hay Fever are more likely to get dark circles as well
Hay Fever causes Puffy swollen eyes, And also when your eyes are swollen, you tend to rub your eyes, which can cause breakage of tiny vessels.
The next problem to get dark circles is, Iron Defiency. This is more dominant for women, during special time of the month. But that doesnt mean that guys that have iron defiency as well. In order not to get iron defiency, just corporate more foods of high iron. Such as beef, oatmeal, potato skin and tomatoes etc.
Lack of sleep contributes to dark circles, When we dont sleep, our skin becomes paler making dark circles more visible.
The next factor is actually from Sleeping. Yes sleeping CAN cause dark circles.
When we sleep, we lie horizontally, this make the fluid build up under my eyes, causing bag and shadow.
Of course, drinking plain water is good, but refrain yourself from drinking too much in the night when you're about to sleep, because this contributes to fluid building up around your eyes, causing puffyness.
And well of course, genetic is a big part of it as well, because some of us are born with thinner skin under the eye making dark circle more visible.
Aging causes skin to loose elastin making it thinner and transparent.
